Motts Mortgages are a young dynamic mortgage and protection specialist set up by the company partners Ben Mott and his father Ron Mott in May 2008. Our aim is to deliver sound advice and an excellent service to suit today’s modern customer. We want our customers to leave our office fully understanding the products we offer and confident in the advice we give. We have a long history in mortgage and protection through our sister firm R.W.Mott & Partner which has been an insurance and mortgage broker since 1966. We set Motts Mortgages up as seperate company to focus purely on protection insurance and mortgages. We’ve channelled all our efforts to ensure we can provide attentive and intelligent solutions that meets your needs exactly. We are appointed representatives of Sesame Ltd. As independent advisers, you can choose how we are paid.  We usually charge an administration fee of £295, with £75 being payable upfront, the rest being payable on mortgage completion, we will also be paid commission by the lender. Alternatively you can pay us a fee of 1.0% of the loan and we will refund any commission back to you that we receive.
